  • Special Dates: Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

  • There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin.
  • Once all payments have been made, you will receive an email with the door code, and it will be resent a week before your stay.
  • Our property features a spacious, well-paved U-shaped driveway with a smooth surface and no steps leading into the cabin.
  • The driveway is suitable for those with stair challenges.
  • The roads to the property are moderately curvy with occasional inclines and declines.

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 21 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Pet Policy:
    • The pet fee is $100 per dog (non-refundable).
    • There is a 2-dog maximum.
    • Only dogs are allowed.
    • XL Kennel crate (1) is provided. Please bring a second crate if your dogs do not stay together in the provided crate.
    • Do not leave your pet at the property alone unless it is kept in the kennel provided.
    • Please clean up after your pet(s).
    • Upon your departure, if evidence is found that the cabin has fleas, damage, or requires additional deep cleaning due to your pet, you will be charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.
    • Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or sleeps on, or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

Fees and Payments

  • Pet fee: $100 per dog (non-refundable).
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • $50 cancellation fee plus listing site service fee (if you booked through VRBO, Airbnb, Trip Advisor, etc).
    • 30 days or more before arrival: refund of all money paid, minus the $50 cancellation fee and the service fee.
    • 29 days or less before arrival: refund for any dates that are re-booked, minus $50.
    • Example: if you had 5 nights and 4 are re-booked, you will be refunded for 4 nights plus tax, cleaning fee, damage fee, and Bear Tootin fee.
  • Upon your departure, if there is evidence that the cabin has fleas, damage, or requires additional deep cleaning due to pets, a charge will apply for repairs and/or cleaning.
  • An additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair and odor left behind if you do not bring your own sheets/blankets for pets.
